Bill & Ted Rock Out on PS5 in New Side-Scrolling Arcade Adventure

Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Arcade has just been announced for PS5, and it looks like a potential banger.

Based on the first Bill & Ted movie of the same name, this is a side-scrolling action game — for up to two players — where the eternally optimistic duo travel between different time periods in order to recruit famous historical figures.

Interestingly, the game will feature voice lines taken directly from the film, and it'll boast "a killer 80s rock soundtrack".

Gameplay is apparently split between brawling and distinct minigames. Beat story mode and you'll be able to play through an "arcade mode, minigames, and more".

This one doesn't have a release window just yet, but you'd assume that it'll be out at some point next year.
